With an easy-to-maintain system that provides details on each refund or credit incident, staff can quickly post all pertinent details accompanying a refund or credit issue or request.
The reporting system puts all of these individual issues into focus, with detailed reporting options which outline how much money was distributed or credited per month and / or per year.
