At LSI, we are constantly looking for new ways to make our clients’ lives easier by expanding and upgrading our suite of tools, and also finding new ways for these tools to seamlessly work together.
Meet the new partnership between the Survey Tool and Schedule Pro.
The Survey Tool started as a vehicle to collect and review guest feedback, but over the years, it has transformed to accommodate a huge array of needs for all departments within a property management company. The Survey Tool is utilized for disaster prep and assessment, maintenance tasks, annual inspections, marketing initiatives, and a number of other uses that our clients keep discovering as they continually use this versatile tool.
And, as it turns out, the Survey Tool can provide a wealth of information and functionality when it comes to Schedule Pro as well!
Here’s how it works
In 2018, LSI Tools designed the mobile portal of Schedule Pro so that vendors, cleaners, and staff in the field could have even better access to all the pertinent information they require while on the go, and managers could instantly obtain updates without a phone call or office visit.
With these new features, we also incorporated the Survey Tool into Schedule Pro, so that managers could create online forms that cleaners, inspectors, and other personnel could easily fill out and submit, right from their mobile device.
A link to the form is provided with all the other pertinent information for each clean or task in the field staff’s mobile dashboard, and once they fill it out and click submit, the results automatically show in the managers’ dashboard at the office.

Like all LSI Tools, the use of this new feature can be customized, and can effortlessly vary from company to company.
