Three Cool Schedule Pro Features You May Not be Using – (But You Should!)
Schedule Pro easily is one of our most intricate and customized tools. This ever-expanding product has been upgraded over the years to offer new benefits to our clients, and to help property managers around the country streamline their housekeeping operations across the board.
And because we are continually adding new features and facets to Schedule Pro, there may be some recent upgrades that you may be unfamiliar with! So take a moment to review some of the new and cool options that are now available in Schedule Pro, and to see if these features will boost your business.
Do you want to know the last time a property was cleaned? How about a cleaner or property’s history for a given timeframe? Or the number of times a price override was issued, and why? Well, all this information and so much more is readily available in the “Reports” section of Schedule Pro.
The Reports feature is a powerful addition to Schedule Pro that will help your management team keep track of all activity for varying aspects of your housekeeping department. Outfitted with a set of filters to narrow your reports by date range, housekeeping or inspections, and other factors, you can access a world of information with just a few clicks. Included reports include a summary of Price Overrides, Exclusions, Cleaner and Property Histories, Last Cleaned, Clean Amount Summaries, Clean Counts, and Cleaner Schedules, and all reports can be easily reviewed, thanks to detailed but easy-to-scan results in spreadsheet form.
The Planner tool is one of Schedule Pro’s newest features, and is a great tool to utilize in the off-season months when your cleaners’ schedules may be more flexible. With the Schedule Pro Planner, you can move and adjust any upcoming date or schedule type (housekeeping, pool and spa, inspection, etc.), simply by reviewing a spreadsheet of your upcoming cleans, and making a few clicks.
To use, simply select the type, date, office (if applicable), and order that you would like to display in your dashboard. Once you have your criteria set, you will notice that both your Assignment Totals and Scheduled Cleans listed below your filters will change automatically based on this new criteria, and from there, you can easily adjust your schedule as needed – with all moves and changes instantly being plugged into the rest of your Schedule Pro data.
Do you have an urgent or important message to send to one, some, or all of your housecleaners, vendors and inspectors? The Email Cleaners feature can help!
This feature in Schedule Pro is used to send bulk messages to cleaners, inspectors, and vendors in situations that require immediate communication, such as like office closings, re-opening following a closing, evacuation or storm information, training/hiring announcements, etc.
Best of all, using this tool takes just a few minutes at most! Simply select the recipients that should be included in the message, (or “select all” as needed), compose your message, and hit send – it’s that easy!
