Meet the Survey Tool
The Survey Tool is traditionally used alongside ResMail Pro, and its primary purpose is to allow your guests to provide detailed feedback on their vacation experience. Completely customized for each guest and property, thanks to a number of “lookup fields” that pull your property management software (PMS) data, this tool allows you to garner feedback, review results, and share surveys at your discretion with your owners.
What else can the Survey Tool do?
In addition to its standard use as a guest feedback tool, however, the Survey Tool can be used for a number of other tasks, thanks to its ability to be completely customized. Because YOU decide what questions and fields to include, the Survey Tool can do a lot more than just generate valuable data on your guests’ vacation rental experience.
- Management – When it comes time to recruit new homes, or set rates for the next year, do you know which attributes your guests adore, and which amenities they can live without? With the Survey Tool, you can create detailed forms that ask preferences about location, amenities, and more, allowing you to learn more about your potential client base.
